Adult Therapy Services
Adult therapy services provided for those focusing on symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, or interest in personal growth. Through traditional talk therapy, and the use of body based therapies such as Brainspotting, EMDR Flash Technique, EFT Tapping, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), the client and therapist work together to bridge the gap between where the client is and where they would like to be.

Pediatric Autism Services
Pediatric Autism Services include EEG Neurofeedback, HEG Neurofeedback, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). EEG and HEG Neurofeedback focus on brain training through rewarding the brain to encourage brain waves or blood flow changes. Since the brain is responsible for all of our behavior, directly impacting the brain works to stabilize and improve behavior. As for the SSP, it is a listening program designed to encourage regulation of the nervous system.
